Leighton and Bret - Pisgah National Forest Elopement

I had only spoken to Leighton once before I made the trek to Asheville to capture her and Bret's elopement. They were married at the adorable Key Falls Inn in the Pisgah National Forest about 45 minutes outside of Asheville. 

They had traveled from Florida to elope on a Tuesday with a handful of their family and friends. Leighton's parent's even flew in from China. Although the weather was calling for thunderstorms the rain held off for the majority of the day and they were able to share their first look underneath a waterfall, located behind the Inn.  

The decorations were designed and made by the bride who had to get a friend to transport them from FL to NC

To ensure they were married before the impending rain their family gathered quickly around the ceremony site with umbrellas as they shared their vows. After a quick portrait session it was on the reception for drinks, dinner, and of course dessert. 

Speeches were shared and Leighton and Bret had the magical night they had dreamed of.
