Luca - Montford Hall Portrait Session

I have some mixed feeling about Montford Hall in Downtown Raleigh. On the one hand I love it’s barren rooms and worn interiors and the other I can’t wait for it to be renovated and turned into something truly special.

Luckily I’ve been able to spend quite a bit of time in these walls from a self portrait session and then when Luca suggested we shoot his portrait session here before his move to New York. I love all the colors within these walls and the diversity in the rooms. I felt that I was able to capture Luca’s spirit and give him quite a few images to show off to all the NYC friends of all the cool things NC has to offer.
