Spring Family Photography at Fred Fletcher Park - The Elkin Family
So many people wait til fall to update their family photos but spring is just as gorgeous. The flowers are blooming, the pollen is everywhere, but spring represents growth so what better time to showcase the growth of your family and the new year ahead. One of my favorite places to take family photos in Raleigh is Fred Fletcher Park. This park has amazing foliage, is always blooming, and I was so happy to capture Madison’s family photos. I met her last year during my annual Coven shoot and I absolutely loved getting to know her and welcoming her into the Raleigh Witch crew. It was so fun catching up with her and her family and snapping these moments for her.
My Favorite Spots to Take Family Photos in Spring in Raleigh/Durham
Here are my personal favorite places for spring family photos in the Triangle:
Fred Fletcher Park - This park is designed to have plants in bloom during all seasons and its especially bustling in Spring.
NCMA - A staple in the Triangle, with sweeping grounds and industrial art pieces its a great place to take spring photos.
Raleigh Rose Garden - with evergreens, and Raleigh Little Theater, this park is one of my favorites.
